Our video inspection process enables our Service Technicians to verify what is causing your sewer line to back up. We are able to determine if the line is broken, has root intrusion, or years of grease or other waste buildup that is blocking your line. Video Inspection allows us to not only determine what the problem is but to provide you with the best possible repair solution. After the repair has been made, video inspection is used to verify the integrity of the finished product.

Over time, cast iron pipes accumulate scale on the walls of the pipe not only decreasing the pipe diameter, but also the scale is extremely rough causing paper and other debris to become stuck in the line thus creating a potential sewer blockage. Using the Picote system, we are able to access the line through either a clean out or toilet and using various attachments on the equipment, we can remove the scale build up and return the pipe to a smooth surface. After the pipe has been returned to a smooth condition and the excess scale has been removed by using a high pressure water jet, we are then able to apply an epoxy coating to the line to create a smooth surface and eliminate future scale build up in the line.

When pipes are broken under the slab or if removing the old line requires tearing out driveways, sidewalks, or landscape, pipe lining may be the perfect solution. The liner becomes a NEW pipe with the same durability and longevity as installing traditional lines, but without the destruction of digging. Because this process requires less destruction to property it can be less costly in the long run and repairs take less time than traditional methods.
